Isla Mujeres
Spend a fantastic day combining snorkeling and island visiting.
First, enjoy the diverse marine life at a reef extension, at the end of which stands part of the underwater museum. Then, marvel at a sunken boat, a victim of the famous Hurricane Gilberto in 1988. It has since become covered in coral and is now home to various fish species.
After a snack on board, visit the famous Isla Mujeres, the island of women, which owes its name to a discovered statue of the Mayan fertility goddess Ixchel.
Discover the island on a 2-hour golf cart tour and take advantage of stops at magnificent viewpoints with the breathtaking colors of the Caribbean in the background for beautiful souvenir photos.
After a delicious lunch at a well-known restaurant on its own small beach, enjoy another boat trip along the coast to the famous Playa Norte to refresh yourself in the crystal-clear water.
Finally, you can enjoy the turquoise sea once more on the return trip to Cancun.
IMPORTANT: Anyone wishing to drive the golf cart should bring a driver's license or passport.
Included:
Boat trip, snorkeling equipment, golf cart ride, taxes, German-speaking tour guide, soft drinks, water, beer, breakfast rolls, snack, lunch, accident insurance and travel in a fully air-conditioned minibus, maximum 12 participants.
