We no longer publish dates, as the many last-minute requests constantly lead to changes; priority is naturally given to the registrations we have received.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you register via the contact form before your holiday begins, as we usually plan excursions based on existing reservations.

When scheduling our excursions, we consider not only demand but also, and perhaps more importantly, the weather. Unlike many other providers, we don't operate on fixed days but remain flexible, as we naturally don't want to set off on excursions if continuous rain is forecast from morning till night. Therefore, we always finalize the dates shortly before the customers' arrival, and these will be communicated on-site.

It is very important, however, that if you are interested, you fill out and return the registration form, which you will receive by email after our initial contact. This is the only way we can consider you when allocating places. We only have small groups of 8 to a maximum of 15 participants, and it is always difficult, if not impossible, to secure any remaining places on site.

If you are interested in excursions with family and/or friends, we would be happy to put together a customized offer upon request. Individual changes can be made to the itinerary, provided they are possible within the given timeframe (e.g., distance between destinations).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the excursion will be retained. However, if a tour is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. If the excursion is to be paid for entirely via PayPal a 7% surcharge applies. Payment is due at least 3 business days before the scheduled date , as there are no "FOR FRIENDS" or "FAMILY" discounts available, and we incur additional fees.

For our scheduling, it is very important to know how many people want to do which tours and when.

After arrival, we always give our customers approximately 2 days to acclimatize before we begin the excursions, with at least 1 day break if several tours have been booked and this is possible time-wise.

If you decide before your arrival or at short notice while here that you do not wish to do one or more tours, please let us know as soon as possible.
